Education

Semen is graduated from the Law Faculty of the Novosibirsk State University (nowadays, the National Research University Novosibirsk State University).

Specialization

  • Protection of creditor’s rights, interested parties and debtors in bankruptcy of persons and companies, including credit organizations and subjects of natural monopolies;

  • Representation of interests in challenges and protection against challenges of transactions on general and special grounds, including those relating to bankruptcy cases;

  • Corporate disputes, including disputes on the exclusion of a participant from LLC and recovery of the actual value of a share;

  • Collection of contractual and tort losses, including lost profits.

Semen is an active participant in the Russian legal community including at regional, all-Russian and international professional conferences, round tables and forums.

Professional career

Semen began his professional career in 2006.

From 2009, he practiced as a lawyer in a consulting company representing clients in economic courts and providing consulting services on legal security.

Semen joined the LexProf team in October 2012 as a lawyer, and since October 2015 has been leading litigation practice.

Semen has experience in representing clients in economic courts of all instances across Russia, including in Moscow, Novosibirsk, Tomsk, Kemerovo regions, the Altai, Krasnoyarsk and Krasnodar regions, the Republics of Altai, Tyva, Khakassia, and Buryatia.
